Learning Bridge Class and 2006 U.S. Trip
Swedish Student Visit Schedule
1. Wednesday, May 17th: Swedish students arrive at the High School by bus from Minneapolis sometime between 6:30 - 7:00 p.m.. After a short meeting, they will go home with the Winona hosts for the night.
2. Thursday, May 18th: The Winona hosts bring the Swedish students to the High School for the day. The Swedish students will follow the Winona students around the High School during that day. Thursday night is an open time for individual or small group activities.
3. Friday, May 19th: The Winona hosts bring the Swedish students to the High School and they then go to Lanesboro to canoe for part of the day. Then a tour of an Amish farm. Return to the High School at _______. Friday night is an open time for individual or small group activities.
4. Saturday, May 20th: This whole day is an open day. The Swedish students and hosts may do whatever they want. Please allow time for the Swedish students to rest, to do laundry, and other simple things. Please ask the Swedish students what they might like to do with that free time.
5. Sunday, May 21st: Sorry about this...no one likes it...be at the High School at 4:45 a.m. (Yes, in the morning) to get the Swedish students on the bus back to Minneapolis. They have an 8:20 a.m. plane to catch that morning. This Winona departure time may change, please stay tuned.
